The document below is provided for transparency and easy reference, and a downloadable copy is always available for your records. The General Terms and Services published on this page are incorporated by reference into all Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and client contracts with Infoways.

By executing an MSA or engaging Infoways’ services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the version of the General Terms and Services in effect at the time of signing.

Infoways may update these terms from time to time to reflect operational, regulatory, or service changes. Any updates will take effect 30 days after publication on this page.

In the event that a change materially impacts a client’s rights or obligations, Infoways will notify the primary contact listed in the client’s account via email prior to the change taking effect. The most recent version will always be made available on this page.
